Suggested Use For maintenance: Take 1-2 capsules before bed with at least 6 oz. of water. For therapeutic effect: Take 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 2 before bed. Always take 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.

After checking first morning urination with pH paper, if it reads below 6.5, I take pH Basic with the other therapeutic enzymes I take on an empty stomach. I then only drink water for several hours so that those therapeutic enzymes (Serra Gold, Repair Gold, Natto-K, Lypo Gold, and when necessary pH Basic) have a chance to go to the areas of the body for maximum benefit.
